What's a mini session? Think of it as a smaller version of a family photo session - an opportunity to get a few great family photos without a huge time or financial investment. Select your time slot for one of my two special mini session days and show up looking fabulous. You'll be one of several families having a session that day, so it's important that you arrive on time and ready to shoot. Mini sessions are $175, with the full payment due at booking.
This year, Lemonade Photography's minis are 15 minute sessions in the beautiful old-growth forest at Illahee Preserve, scheduled in the afternoon and early evening for the best possible light. Sessions are scheduled back-to-back, with enough time for a few poses for every group. There are a limited number of sessions available, so book now to claim your time slot!
Clients will receive 5 edited, full-size digital images within a month of your session. You'll choose your favorite photos to download from an online gallery; if you fall in love with more than your 5 included images, you'll have the option to purchase more digital images, as well as prints and wall art from your online gallery.

Mini Session Frequently Asked Questions
Is a mini session right for my family? If you're looking for beautiful, professional photos with a lower price point and a faster time frame, minis might be right for you. A mini session will get you a handful of great photos of your family with a minimal time investment. These short sessions are held in one location and can be unpredictable and crazy fast - so if you have a specific shot list in mind and want a wide variety of poses and backgrounds, a full family session might be a better choice.
What happens if it rains? In the event of inclement weather, the session will either be moved to a dry location or postponed to another day. Due to the difficulty of postponing, I will do everything possible to shoot at the originally scheduled date and time while still keeping everyone dry and comfortable.
What if we are running late? Due to the nature of mini sessions, it's important that all clients arrive on time and ready to begin shooting right away. If you are unable to make your session time, please let me know as soon as possible. Late arrivals will have the option to shoot as much of the session as possible in the time remaining.
What if we need to cancel? If you are unable to attend your mini session after booking, please contact me as soon as possible to work out a solution. I am happy to transfer your session fee to another mini session day, or convert your mini session to a Petite or Full Family Session package. If you do choose to convert to a larger session, additional payment will be required to cover the cost difference. If you are unable to reschedule your mini session at all, you will be refunded 50% of your session fee.
What if the photographer cancels? In the unlikely event that I am required to cancel mini sessions without the option of postponing, all fees will be refunded.
What should we expect at the session? After you book, you'll receive a mini session guide via email that will help you prepare you and your family for your session. I am happy to answer any other questions or offer clothing suggestions as well, just get in touch!
